Issue with iPhone 4 and upgrading to iPhone OS 4.0 - RESOLVED

Do you have the new iPhone 4 or did you just upgrade your iPhone to OS 4.0?
This is hub is about the new iPhone 4 and the latest iPhone OS (Operating System) 4.0. The issue that I encountered is with the Exchange e-mail service.
If you are one of the very few to get a hold of the new iPhone4 if you will configure your Microsoft E-mail account, you will have issues getting it verified. I am on Exchange 2007, the settings I have worked fine in a older version of iPhones OS 3.x. Unfortunately, until now I am still waiting for my e-mail administrator for an update if this is an issue.
For those who upgraded their iPhone's OS or planning to do so, you might want to read this. If you already have your Exchange account configured, it may stop working after you upgrade the OS of your iPhone to OS 4.0. If it will still work, good for you. If not this is what you may have to do.
- You delete the Exchange account in your iPhone, and reconfigure it.
- If reconfiguring the account will not help you can try this next step. This step worked for me, I had to contact my e-mail administrator to have my account's ActiveSync re-provisioned. After I had them do this, I reconfigured my account and it worked.
As soon as I have more information about this issue. I will make to share to all you iPhone lovers out there.
UPDATE!!!!!
I have been searching for a fix for this issue, according to some users Apple released an update that was supposed to fix the issue with ActiveSync. Unfortunately, most of the users who tried it said that it did not help. I found a post about this in Apple's discussion page. One user managed to make a work around to get this issue resolved. If your are knowledgeable enough you might be able to try what he suggested on this link (go to page 2-3).
LATEST UPDATE!
It's been a while since I was able to log back in and update my posts. But I am here again, and I am glad to announce that the patch from Apple's site for the ActiveSync issues fixed it. After I installed the patch to my iPhone that was upgraded to OS 4.0, I was able to set up my Exchange account via ActiveSync with no issues. I hope the rest of the iPhone user's who has the latest version of OS are also happy with the patch released.
