Missing e-mails

You might be asking why setting up your account with POP3 access can cause this. There is nothing wrong with POP3 access, it is working fine and that is how it works. It will actually download all for your mails to your e-mail client, delete all mails on the server then close the connection. This is also the main reason why you will find your mails on the server in your trash folder.
