iPhone 4 starts at $199

To all iPhone lovers out there, the new version of iPhone will soon be out on June 24, 2010. You can start pre-ordering your own unit on June 15, 2010. This is according to Apple's announcement on their site.

The new design of iPhone uses an engineered glass. "iPhone 4 is situated between two glossy panels of aluminosilicate glass - that same type of glass used in windshields of helicopters and hig-speed trains. Chemically strengthened to be 20 time stiffer and 30 times harder that plastic, the glass is ultradurable and more scratch resistant that ever. It's also recyclable."

It also has a Stainless Steel Band that created from Apple's own alloy, then they forged it to be five times stronger than standard steel. This steel bands also function as iPhone 4's antennas.

This new version of iPhone, called iPhone 4 contains 100+ more features than it's predecessors. And it's running on the new iPhone Operating System called "iOS 4". And one good thing about this is that you can upgrade the OS of your old iPhone or iPhone 3G to this new version of iPhone OS to get these more than 100 added features to your phone. iPhone 4 according to Apple's site starts at $199, for "Qualified customer only". I wonder that do they mean by that. But this is something to look forward to this month.
